Extrusion

Our polyethylene manufacturing lines can run tubing from 3 inches to 120 inches. We produce mono-layer and 3-layer film products in co-extrusions of polyethylene and polyester. Our extrusion facility is equipped to produce tubing, sheeting, bags on rolls, or separated in cartons as well as customized products. We also run a variety of core sizes on our automated equipment ranging from the standard 3” cores to 1” cores, and completely coreless winders. Our experienced staff is well-trained to manufacture high quality products in a timely and efficient manner. Additive packages cover a full range of colors, Ultra Violet Inhibitors for resistance to sunlight prolonging film life in the field, (UVI), Ethyl Vinyl Acetates, (EVA) for increased cold crack resistance for freezer films and bags,

Converting

e* Poly Star, Inc. manufactures a wide range of individually cut bags with a bottom seal, side seal, or side-weld all in-line for effective production and competitive pricing. These versatile bags are ideal for hand packing operations or multi-station packaging. Construction of the bag is designed to your specifications from LLDPE, LDPE, HMW-HDPE and EVA, or 3 layer co-extrusions. We manufacture a wide range of standardized sizes or we can produce specially made custom bags. Our converting crew provides a hands-on approach and an eye for detail that produce high quality products for our customers.

Printing
